“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care” – Theodore Roosevelt.
I am more that a great coach and advisor. I know my stuff, remain humble, build trust easily, and remain deeply curious about my clients and their business. I have extensive experience with management consulting, leadership coaching, and process improvement. My passion is helping organizations become more effective through individual growth and improved team interactions.
What makes eBi different?
In short, as a certified executive coach, I approach my clients in a way that builds new mindsets, not just new processes. In this way the success rate for sustained improvements is incredibly high compared to typical consulting.
The longer version:
A background in continuous improvement and organizational leadership provides me with a deep understanding of people, processes and systems, and how leadership plays out in organizations. I ask the right questions, listen wholeheartedly, and challenge the status quo.
My experience in organizational improvement and leadership development allows me to respectfully and effectively challenge individuals and teams to explore how they see themselves, their business, and others to understand what is driving their behaviours and, therefore, their results.
I focus is on systems, leadership, and team dynamics. Specifically, I help uncover the roadblocks that are preventing people from speaking the truth. Often, we don’t realize when we are not being completely honest with ourselves. And we cannot be honest with others if we are not honest with ourselves.
My personal mission is to improve relationships by respectfully speaking the truth at all times and enabling others to do the same.
I help leaders who want to develop stronger teams and organizations by improving team interactions and reducing defensive behaviours.
Truth: “I honor myself and others through always speaking honesty.”
Curiosity: “Curiosity is the engine of learning, and there is always more to learn.”
Growth: “Personal growth is our contribution to the world. Through it, we add value for others.”
Respect: “I value the beliefs, strengths, and feelings of all others, without judgement.”
Emotion: “We are human; our emotions are a powerful part of our lives. I value these without labeling them good or bad.”
